Kindergarten – Marianne Driscoll

Ms. Driscoll has been teaching at CK for 3 years  and is valued for having 40 years of experience as a teacher. She is enthusiastic about teaching the kindergartener students to read.  “I love to see the faces of the children when they realize they are reading.  Very rewarding!”

1st Grade – Stephanie Bully

Ms. Bully is a member of the parish and has been a teacher at Christ the King for 17 years.  Her favorite quote is by Christa McAuliffe (teacher in space participant) “I touch the future.  I teach.”

2nd Grade – Gayle Fichtner

Ms. Fichtner has been teaching at CK for 20 years.  She is passionate about music and incorporating music in her classroom.  “Music has been a big part of my life.  I have been part of many different choirs as a child and adult.  I want music to be important to my students.  We sing many types of music in class. The 2nd graders are part of the CK choir.”

3rd Grade – Judy Brooks

Ms. Brooks has been teaching at CK for 21 years.  “One of my greatest joys since being at CK has been mentoring so many young student or beginning teachers.  I am always energized by their creativity and enthusiasm.”

8th Grade -Amanda Rajabzadeh

Ms. Rajabzadeh is in her 5th year of teaching at CK.  She teaches middle school English and is the 8th grade homeroom teacher.  She has a passion for travel and once lived abroad in France.  She brings worldly experience to the classroom as she motivates her students to broaden their language skills.

Secretary -Prentis Parker

Ms. Parker has been working for Christ the King School for 14 years.  “Everyone calls me Mrs. Prentis because I was not always Prentis Parker.  I was Prentis Clayton my first two years here, so we just kept it as Mrs. Prentis.  I worked 5 years at AoD Department of Education in teacher personnell prior to working at CK.”
